How much does a bail bond cost?
If qualified, with a Virginia Identification card the non-refundable fee is 10-15 % of the total bail amount set by the court or magistrate.

How long does the release process take?
Defendant Release usually happens within 2 to 6 hours after the paperwork is completed, depending on the jail’s processing speed. Once we post the bailbond it is mostly out of our hands how long it takes a defendant to be released from the jail.

To qualify for 10-15% bailbond fee You need to have a Virginia Identification card, know the Bailbond amount, the defendant’s full name and birthday, the jail they are located in, also if you know their booking number or charges upfront will be helpful but not required.
Is my bail bond fee refundable?
No. The fee paid to a Bail bondsman is for the service of securing release and is also a percentage of the total amount the Bailbonding company is liable for. The fee is kept regardless of the case outcome. Any colateral deposits may be returned only once case is finalized and Defendant has no further obligation to the court. If The defendant fails to comply with court orders then the collateral will be forwarded to the court.
